Happy Days here at last

THE fun of the 50s will be brought to life in the region’s first amateur performance of Happy Days.

Corby Amateur Theatrical Society, CATS, will celebrate its 50th anniversary with the show that has only just been authorised for amateur performances.

Happy Days – a New Musical will run nightly at The Core at the Corby Cube from June 6 to 9.

The show, based on the hit television series will revive memories of one of America’s best love families, the Cunninghams and their lodger, the king of cool, The Fonz.

The famed drive-in malt shot and number one hang out, Arnolds, is in danger of demolition so the gang including Richie, Potsie and Ralph Malph team up to save the venue.

To join in the rock and rolling night buy tickets from the box office on 01536 470470 or go to www.thecorecorby.com. Tickets are £12, concessions £10, or for a family £40.
